Niall Toner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Niall is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at G-P/Globalization Partners since August 2021. Prior to this, Niall worked as an Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2020 to August 2021.

From 2007 to 2020, Niall was associated with Pramerica where they held multiple roles. Niall started as a Project Manager Team Lead and later transitioned into the role of a Scrum Master. Eventually, they became the Manager of Systems Development, responsible for various projects such as web-based underwriting applications, online term insurance sales apps, and product delivery. Niall also played a crucial role in the adoption of Agile methodology within the company.

Before joining Pramerica, Niall founded a web design and development company called Makeitclick.ie in 2003. As the Web Designer and Owner, they successfully delivered static and dynamic websites to numerous small businesses and implemented eCommerce solutions.

In the early years of their career, Niall worked as a Lotus Notes Analyst/Developer at Pramerica, where they developed and managed Lotus Notes databases and web applications. Niall also had a role as an Ebusiness Marketing Executive at Canada Life and worked briefly as a Software Tester at Riverdeep Inc.

Niall Toner holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Ulster University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA HONS) degree in Business Studies with Marketing, also from Ulster University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as SAFE SPC from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2019 and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in August 2010.
