Dean Harris

Software Integrity Analyst at Globalization Partners

Dean Harris has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2014, they were an On-site IT support at Dr Stevens Resource Centre. In 2015, they worked as an IT Helpdesk at The Carers Association. Dean also had roles at Oracle, starting as a Customer Service Analyst in 2016 and later transitioning to Level 2 Technical Support. From 2020, Dean joined G-P/Globalization Partners, first as a Help Center Support Specialist, Team Lead, and currently as a Manager, Regional Customer Support.

Dean Harris completed their Leaving Certificate from St Josephs Rochfrotbridge from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Customer Service Strategy and Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts in July 2022. Dean also obtained certifications in Avoiding New Manager Mistakes, Becoming a Manager Your Team Loves, and Leadership Foundations in October 2021.
