Phil carefully orchestrates the upkeep and smooth operation of GlobalGiving's website. He also adds new functions and features to improve the site and user experience. Prior to GlobalGiving, Phil worked on next-generation television user interfaces at Hillcrest Labs and has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
