Vijay Veeraraghavan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Design-2-Product and Design Enablement Cloud Platform at GlobalFoundries since March 2009. In this role, Vijay is responsible for leading a comprehensive digital transformation program and defining a multi-year cloud strategy for Design Enablement services. Previously, Vijay held positions such as Sr. Director, Global Head of Tapeout & Mask Services, and Sr. Manager/Dep. Director of Advanced Technology Development, focusing on transitioning Fab-1 in Germany to a Foundry model. Before GlobalFoundries, Vijay contributed to AMD as a Member of Technical Staff, engaging in product development engineering for processor technologies. Early career experience includes a research assistant role at Texas Tech University, focusing on MEMS applications. Vijay holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
