Shifeng Chen's work experience includes serving as a Principal System Administrator at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since June 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a System Engineer at Garena from November 2010 to June 2014, where they were responsible for second-level support for servers and databases, administrating multiple game product systems, troubleshooting server issues, designing and administrating databases, developing tools for system monitoring, and more. Before that, Shifeng was a Network Security Engineer at Beijing Topsec Network Security Technology from April 2009 to August 2010, where they maintained servers and network devices, configured routers and switches, analyzed network traffic, and provided security services to clients. SHIFENG achieved success in solving SQL server issues and reinforcing the security of government department servers.

Shifeng Chen completed a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Technology from Henan Normal University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they received a CCNA certification from CISCO in July 2010.
