Karina Nassar began their work experience in 2015 as a Server at Bella's Bistro Italiano. Karina remained in this role until 2019. In 2018, they took on the position of Caretaker, which lasted until April 2020. In August 2020, they became a Sales Manager at Globalfaces Direct. Then, in May 2021, Karina joined iFathom as a Resource Manager, where they helped clients find the talent they needed to navigate Canada's labor markets. Their employment at iFathom ended in December 2021.

Karina Nassar's education history begins in 2014 when they attended ABC Animal Behavior College and earned a Certificate in Pet grooming. In 2015, they enrolled at Carleton University and completed their Bachelor's degree in Global and International Studies, with a specialization in Global Law and Social Justice, in 2019. Following this, Karina pursued further studies at Carleton University and obtained a Master's degree in International Affairs, focusing on Intelligence in International Affairs, from 2019 to 2021.
