Tom Cross has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011. Tom began their career as an Academic Administrator at Regent's University London and later became an Attendance & Reporting Officer. In 2014, they transitioned to Search Party Ltd, where they served as a Business Development Manager, followed by the role of Head of Sales, EMEA & North America. In 2017, Tom joined PatSnap as a Senior Account Executive and eventually became a Sales Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at GlobalData Plc since November 2019.

Tom Cross has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Modern British History from the University of East Anglia, which they obtained in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History at the University of East Anglia in 2010. In 2012, Tom also obtained a certification in Management, Leadership and Teams Programme from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).
