David Kaiser has been in the business world since 1991, when they began working as the Chief Information Officer at San Joaquin Refining. In 1999, they moved to the Global CTI Group, where they took on the role of President and CEO.

David Kaiser obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Bakersfield in 1990, and a Masters in Business Administration from the same university in 1990.
