Malin Ivarsson is an experienced HR professional with a strong focus on People Operations and Analytics. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations & Analytics Specialist at GlobalConnect, Malin leads HRIS projects, develops system landscapes, and implements HR processes using SAP SuccessFactor across five countries. Previous roles include Global Manager of People Operations at Cint, where Malin oversaw HR and Payroll integration during company acquisitions, and People & Culture Manager at Unilabs Sverige, managing HR support for multiple business areas and leading HR system implementation. Additional experience includes HR consulting at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, HR coordination at Velocity Electronics, and roles in sales and marketing at Houzz and Polycom. Malin holds a BA (Hons) in Social Psychology and has completed the Erasmus Programme in Human Resource Management.
