Maca also worked as the CEO of Globalbitz, where their primary role was helping companies worldwide acquire the best remote talent and achieve success. Maca Recio has a deep understanding of clients' needs and consistently delivers innovative and effective solutions in the competitive job market.

Maca Recio obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico from 2004 to 2010. Maca later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Change Management at Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana.
