Chetna M. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Chetna has recently joined GlobalBees as the Head Corporate Enterprise in July 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Director on the Board of Orbit Exports Ltd starting from June 2020. Chetna also has a long tenure at Edelweiss Financial Services, where they held the position of Group Head - Employee Relations from April 2009 to February 2021. Before Edelweiss, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Mithi Consultants from November 2002 to April 2009.

Chetna M. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources from Pune University. Additionally, they have obtained a B.A. degree in Anthropology, Geography, and English Literature, although the specific institution is unknown. In terms of additional certifications, Chetna has completed the Emotional Intelligence Coach program at Goleman EI in June 2020. Chetna also obtained the Hogan Assessment and certification from ThreeFish Consulting India in 2018, the DISC certification from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd in June 2011, and the MBTI certification from Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy Pvt Ltd in June 2010. Chetna has recently acquired the Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach certification from Goleman EI in February 2021.
