Milawen (Annabelle) Ding possesses extensive experience in leadership and partnership roles across various organizations focused on youth development and international cooperation. Currently serving as a Fellow at Global Women Asia, Milawen has held the position of Global Partnership Head at Helping Hand International HQ since March 2021. Previous roles include National Specialist in Youth Development at UNDP China, and positions at Columbia University where responsibilities focused on international recruitment and student engagement. Milawen has also contributed to organizations such as the American Red Cross, San Diego Public Defender, and Global China Connection, indicative of a strong commitment to fostering community involvement and social impact. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC San Diego.
