Heather Mahan is a seasoned paralegal with extensive experience in corporate, real estate, and regulatory legal functions. Currently serving as a Corporate & Regulatory Paralegal at Global Water Resources since October 2022, Heather has also been active as a Real Estate Agent at My Home Group since April 2020. Prior roles include paralegal positions at Voya Investment Management, U-Haul International, Quarles & Brady LLP, and Matrix Medical Network, where Heather received a CEO leadership award for excellence in mergers and acquisitions and due diligence, as well as experience maintaining Board of Directors books. Heather's career began at Aetna, where responsibilities included Medicaid appeals and administrative hearings. Heather holds an Associate's degree in Legal Studies from Phoenix College, completed between 2002 and 2005.
