Péter Müllner currently serves as the Director of Operations at Global Switch, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Péter held various senior management positions at EUMETSAT from June 2011 to January 2024, including Senior Manager Data Center Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, as well as Data Center and Operational Infrastructure Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Interoute as Senior Manager Field Operations, Orange Business Services as Project Manager, and Flextronics as Program Manager. Earlier in the career, Péter worked as a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, Network Operations Manager at Qwest, and Field Engineering Supervisor at IBM. The professional journey began as a Systems Design Engineer at Ganz Engineering and Energetics Machinery Ltd., followed by a position as Maintenance Engineer at Zanussi Elettrodomestici S.p.A. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași and further studies at North Carolina State University.
