Kay O'Diam is a highly experienced financial consultant and coach with a diverse background in accounting, finance, and business administration. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Financial Consultant at Global Shop Solutions since December 2021, Kay has a strong history as a Transition Coach for Unleash Your Power since 2007, offering individual and group coaching. Previous roles include Accounting at O'Diam & Estess Law Group, Inc., and Vice-President of Finance and Business Administration at ETI Tech, LLC, where Kay directed and mentored staff, managed all accounting operations, and led significant audits and initiatives. Kay also has extensive experience in IT oversight, employee health programs, and financial analysis that contributed to substantial company growth. Additionally, Kay owned and managed rental real estate through JODAKA Investments. Educational credentials include studies at Wright State University and Sinclair Community College.
