Fio Galchenko is an accomplished Project Manager and Operations Consultant at Global Shop Solutions since October 2022, with previous experience as a Senior Consultant at AST LLC and ERP Consultant at Global Shop Solutions - ERP Software. Fio has a robust background in engineering and continuous improvement, demonstrated in a Senior CI Engineer role at Myers Industries, where efforts focused on ERP system implementation across facilities. Additional experience includes project management for a major pipeline construction at IAS Cloud and maintenance operations at Schreiber Foods, culminating in the successful implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
