Cynthia Ashby has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Data Analysis Manager for Global Shop Solutions since June 2014, where responsibilities have included leadership roles as the Service Department Team Lead and Service Consultant. Prior to this, Cynthia gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Travelers, managing customer calls and processing homeowner's claims.
