Sherri Clerk is a seasoned marketing consultant with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving at Global Seafood Alliance since June 2017. Previously, Sherri held marketing consultant positions at High Liner Foods from November 2011 to April 2015 and as brand manager for club stores at the same company from October 2008 to July 2010. Prior roles include associate brand manager at McCain Foods and Hormel Health Labs, as well as registered dietitian and consultant dietitian at Loyola University Medical Center and Loyola University Center for Health & Fitness. Sherri holds an MBA in Business Administration/Marketing from Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a BS in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky, along with an internship in Dietetics from Vanderbilt University.
