Zahid Kaduji is a Junior Software Development Engineer in Test at Global Relay since February 2022, contributing to an agile development team by testing application code, defining and automating test cases, conducting code reviews, and supporting software releases. Prior to this role, Zahid worked at SaskPower as a Customer Support Representative, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring smooth service processes. Experience also includes a position as a Customer Service Associate at Sherwin-Williams, where an emphasis was placed on delivering quality service and managing customer accounts, and as a Customer Service Representative at Ally Wireless. Zahid holds a Diploma of Education in Computer Science from the University of Regina, earned between 2017 and 2020.
