Moncarlo Caldito has over a decade of experience in technical support and IT management. Currently serving as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, and Systems Support Technician at Global Relay since February 2018, Moncarlo has demonstrated leadership and technical expertise. Prior to this, Moncarlo held various positions at Atos from November 2010 to December 2017, including Remote Support Engineer in the Tier 3 Support Group, IT Service Coordinator focused on IT Service Management, and Technical Solutions Specialist in the Tier 2 Support Group. Moncarlo earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of the East in 2010.
