Julian T. is an accomplished program manager and manager with extensive experience in the non-profit sector and financial services. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Employability at Global Rainbow Foundation since April 2019, Julian T. previously held multiple roles at EnAble India since February 2013, focusing on strategic project development and corporate engagement to promote economic independence for people with disabilities. Prior managerial experience includes overseeing over 100 staff at ANZ between January 2003 and March 2012, where responsibilities included mentoring, quality monitoring, and inter-departmental relationship management. Additional roles at ANZ encompassed business analysis, process design, and team leadership.
