Renee Raper is an experienced professional in people development, currently serving as Director at Quo Solvis since March 2017, where bespoke programmes for managers and leaders are developed. As Chair of the Chartered Management Institute Scotland Board since May 2021, Renee actively contributes to the CMI Scottish Devolved Nations Board. In addition, Renee has been an E-tutor in Leadership and Management at Robert Gordon University since August 2017. Previous roles include Head of Global Partnerships and Corporate Development Consultant at Aberdeen Business School, and General Director at KACEBI in Kazakhstan. Renee holds multiple qualifications, including a Master's in Training from the University of Leicester and diplomas in Psychology and Organisational Psychology, along with Executive Coaching certification.
