Barbara Moore, CFRE, serves as a Senior Consultant at Global Philanthropic Inc. in Canada since September 2023, offering expertise in fund development for charitable organizations. Previously, Barbara held various managerial and directorial positions, including Fundraising Consultant and Senior Manager of Philanthropy at Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, where Barbara significantly enhanced the major gift program. As Director of Major Gifts at Royal Columbian Hospital Foundation, Barbara built a major gift portfolio and engaged volunteers in fundraising initiatives. Barbara's experience further includes leadership roles at Simon Fraser University and UBC, where Barbara managed portfolios to fund scholarships, bursaries, and capital enhancements, as well as at the University of Manitoba, focusing on external relations and fundraising for multiple faculties. Barbara holds a Certificate of Marketing and Communications from The University of Winnipeg.
