Olaya Inclan Solis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Olaya most recently worked at Global Perspectives, an IQVIA business, where they held the roles of Account Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Prior to that, they interned as a Tax Preparer at the Food Bank for New York City. Olaya also served as a Graduate Assistant at St. John's University and worked as a Tennis Coach at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar.

Olaya Inclan Solis completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting at St. John's University from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Taxation at the same university from 2019 to 2020.
