Tony Whiteside serves as the Sr. Manager of System Operations and Administration at Global Payments Inc., overseeing a global multi-data center environment since May 2017. Responsibilities include planning, acquisition, and support for systems deployed worldwide, along with evaluating new technologies and managing global capacity to ensure optimal system performance. Prior roles include Principal System Analyst, Cloud Engineer, Sr. System Engineer, and System Administrator, demonstrating extensive experience and expertise in IT management, strategic planning, and system optimization across various organizations. Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Wayland Baptist University.
