Ramses Palomo is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Global Payments Inc. since April 2016, Ramses leads a diverse team to deliver payment applications and integrates technical strategies post-acquisition. Previous roles at Global Payments include Director of Software Development and various managerial positions, where Ramses greatly enhanced system performance and implemented successful Agile practices. With a solid foundation in developing EMV payment systems at Heartland Payment Systems and a history with ACI Worldwide and Bancared, Ramses has demonstrated expertise in driving application transformation and technical innovation across global teams. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Collin College.
