Ingrid Parra is a professional with extensive experience in social impact projects and financial innovation. Currently serving as Líder de Innovación Financiera at the Global Opportunity Youth Network in Bogotá since February 2023, Ingrid previously worked as a Project Manager for the first Pay-for-Results Fund at LOGRA from August 2020 to December 2022. Ingrid played a key role in implementing the first Social Impact Bond in Colombia while at Inversor from March 2019 to August 2020, focusing on labor inclusion for vulnerable populations. Additionally, Ingrid has significant experience as a National Advisor at Prosperidad Social from August 2007 to December 2018, directing productive inclusion initiatives and managing social impact projects. Ingrid holds a Master’s degree in Social Innovation Management from Universidad Icesi and degrees in Agro-Industry from Universidad del Cauca and Universidad Santo Tomás.
