Jon Browning has a diverse work experience history. Jon was the Chief Executive Officer of Global Mentorship Initiative, a non-profit organization that provides guidance and business skills to college students through online mentorship. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Sourcing Advisors, where they provided customized consulting services to help businesses implement best practices in operations and contact center procurement strategy. Jon also served as the Corporate Social Responsibility Chair at IAOP and as the Global Impact Sourcing Champion at The Rockefeller Foundation. Additionally, Jon Browning worked at Microsoft for a significant period, where they held the role of Director and was responsible for leading a customer support procurement strategy, achieving annual savings and operational efficiency improvements.

Jon Browning obtained a degree in Finance and Accounting from Central Washington University in 1990. Jon has also acquired several certifications throughout their career, including GMI Certified Mentor and LinkedIn Training Instructor from the Global Mentorship Initiative in 2019, COPC Registered Coordinator from COPC Inc. in 2015, and ITIL Foundation Level from Microsoft in 2004.
