Hendrik Vorster is an experienced professional in production and operations management with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the General Manager at Global Macadamias Co since May 2024, Hendrik focuses on strategy formulation, continuous improvement, and project management. Previously, as the General Manager of Production at Magaliesberg Citrus Company (Pty) Ltd from January 2013 to May 2024, responsibilities included overseeing multiple departments such as production, quality, and food safety, alongside driving continuous improvements. Prior roles at Euro-Plastifoam included Operations Manager and Plant Manager, where leadership extended across purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and process optimization. Early career experience includes positions at Beefmaster Feedlot as Engineering Technician and Workshop Manager, and practical training at Von Wielligh & Associates. Hendrik holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from North-West University and various degrees in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology.
