Karen Yu has over a decade of experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Success Coach at Global LT, Inc. since January 2018, specializing in client services for destination services. Prior roles include Senior Customer Service Officer and Customer Service Officer at HID Global from March 2010 to December 2017, and Order Administrator at John Hardy from November 2007 to January 2010. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management (Honors) from Northumbria University, completed between 2007 and 2009, and a Higher Diploma in English for Business Communication from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, earned from 2003 to 2006.
