Jose Berganza is a highly experienced professional in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, currently serving as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Quandia Management since 2002 and a university professor at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria since January 2023. Jose also holds positions as a Senior LSS Trainer with The Lean Six Sigma Company and an Associate and Trainer for Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt Certifications at Global Lean, Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, and Universidad de Mondragón. Additionally, Jose has extensive teaching roles in various educational institutions, including IMF Smart Education and EOBS, along with practical management experience as a Senior Project Manager at Global Lean and as an Operational Excellence Manager at Ornua. Jose's educational background includes a PhD in Humanities from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, along with multiple degrees and certifications in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, and Lean Six Sigma.
