Mertcan Pamukoglu currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Global IT BiliÅŸim Hizmetleri since June 2021. Previously, Mertcan held the position of People Partner at Modanisa, overseeing HR business partnering for various business units and managing comprehensive recruitment processes. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Specialist for EMEA at AdColony and Research Consultant at BENSON & PARTNERS - IESF, focusing on executive search and employee relations. Mertcan began a career in HR as a Researcher at Amrop and completed internships at Amrop and Autoliv. Mertcan holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Istanbul University.
