Gavin previously held the position of Director at EM Consulting Group Ltd, offering consultancy services in electrical and mechanical engineering. With a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University, they also have valuable experience as Head of RF Technology at Raven Manufacturing Ltd.
