Malay Das Thakur has worked in the Human Resources field for over 15 years. In 2014, they began working as a Senior Manager Recruiting/HR at Config Consultants Corp. In 2015, they joined Accenture, USA as a Management Consultant, where they successfully drove changes in HR system and procedures through collaboration with leadership and HR. In 2016, they moved to Global Infotech Corporation as a Senior Program Manager Client Services. In 2018, they began working as a Coach at New Future-Mentored. Prior to this, they worked at TTS Technologies/Quadrant Four from 2005-2014 as a Senior Resource Manager, where they successfully managed all facets of HR policies and process for 350 employees.

Malay Das Thakur obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science from the National Defense Academy in 1971-1973. Malay then completed a Diploma in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 1995-1996. Following this, they attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in 1998. In 2002, they earned a Certification in HRMS from the University of Phoenix. In 2017, they obtained a Cerification in Payroll from Ashworth College. Additionally, Malay Das Thakur holds an HR certification from the University of Phoenix.
