Charlie Talbott is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in managing technology teams and infrastructure. Currently serving as VP of IT & Operating Infrastructure at Global HR Research since 2012, Charlie oversees a team responsible for the IT infrastructure and Salesforce environment and has designed a data warehouse integrating data from multiple platforms. Previous roles include VP of Technology, where Charlie led a .NET development team for a talent acquisition platform, and Software Engineer Manager at FADV, directing global IT development initiatives for 13 applications. Charlie's early career included positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Project Manager and at Arthur Andersen as Senior Development Manager, focusing on IT development and reporting systems. Charlie holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from George Mason University and a BBA in Information Systems from James Madison University.
