Adam Kusinitz

Vice President - Construction Project Management at Global Holdings Management Group

Adam Kusinitz has extensive work experience in project management and construction. Adam most recently worked as the Vice President of Construction Project Management at Global Holdings Management Group starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held senior positions at CBRE, where they served as the Sr. Director of Project Management and later as the Director of Project Management from 2020 to 2022. Before joining CBRE, they briefly owned AJK Consulting in 2020.

From 2017 to 2020, Adam worked at OC Development Management as the Vice President of Projects and previously as a Project Director. Adam was responsible for providing full execution capability in real estate development and project management services.

Adam also has experience working at CBRE as the Acting Director of Project Management and Sr. Project Manager from 2014 to 2017. Adam was involved in overseeing the renovation and modernization of PepsiCo headquarters.

Prior to CBRE, Adam worked at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Vice President / Associate Director and a Sr. Project Manager from 2010 to 2014. Adam was responsible for project management, due diligence, and leasing activities for the Empire State Building and oversaw various construction projects.

Earlier in their career, Adam worked at Lincoln Center Development Project, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager from 2006 to 2009, Quartararo & Associates as a Project Manager from 2001 to 2005, and HP Builders as an Asst Project Mngr / Estimating from 1999 to 2000.

Adam Kusinitz attended Syracuse University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises with a minor in Construction Management from SUNY ESF. Adam also holds additional certifications in Planning & Scheduling, Managing the Project: The Supervisor's Role, and Contract Documents & Construction Law through AGC Certification.
