Lakshmi Prasad is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in health management and disease prevention. Currently serving as Manager at Global Health Visions since January 2021, Lakshmi previously held the position of Director of Disease Prevention at Hamilton County Public Health from February 2020 to January 2021. Lakshmi's tenure at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center spanned from June 2014 to February 2020, during which time project management and program management roles focused on community and population health and the Ohio Perinatal Quality Collaborative were undertaken. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Coordinator at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Associate at Rabin Martin, Research Associate at the Public Health Foundation of India, and Researcher at the Centre for Health & Social Justice. Lakshmi earned a Master of Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
