Pam Maxwell is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the franchise industry. Currently serving as VP of Operations for Snack Brands within Global Franchise Group since January 2019, Pam also holds a position with America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses since March 2022. Previous roles include VP of Operations for FAT Brands' QSR Division and Vice President of Operations for Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery. From April 2004 to January 2020, Pam operated as Owner Operator of Marble Slab Creamery, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Earlier in Pam's career, experiences included Senior Operations Manager for ice cream brands at GFG Management, where leadership in integrating multiple brands and improving operational standards was a key focus.
