Michael O'Connor has a diverse work experience ranging from community association management to business development. Michael started their career at Kramer Triad Management as a Community Association Manager from July 2007 to November 2010. Michael then worked as an Account Representative/Estimator at Jarvis Property Restoration from October 2011 to April 2014. Afterwards, they joined Futuris Automotive as a Sales Account Manager, where they focused on delivering high levels of consumer comfort, safety, and convenience. From 2017 to 2019, Michael worked at US Farathane as an Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Development at Global Enterprises, starting from April 2019.

Michael O'Connor attended Ferris State University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business. Michael later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university.
