Rick Cheatham has extensive experience in telecommunications and technology operations, currently serving as an Infrastructure Engineer at NWM Corp since October 2016. Additionally, Rick has been a Technology Communications Operations Engineer at Pearson Global Education & Technology Group since 2014, focusing on the Interactive Intelligence CIC contact center platform. In the role of Telecommunications Support Engineer at ITX Solutions since March 2011, Rick provides remote support for a VOIP system serving over 8000 users. Previously, as Senior Telecommunications Administrator at South Carolina Federal Credit Union, Rick successfully implemented a server-based VOIP system and managed various telecommunications projects. Rick's career began at BellSouth as a Senior Systems Technician from January 1998 to June 2006. Rick pursued education at Trident Technical College.
