Hannah Cohen Oved has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Merchant Support Manager and previously as Customer Service Team Lead at Global-e since November 2016. In these roles, Hannah oversees the daily operations of the Customer Support department, contributing to the company’s mission of providing seamless cross-border e-commerce solutions. Prior to this, Hannah worked at Silon Sport as an Import Assistant from January 2010 to January 2016. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of East London School of Education and Communities.
