Chris A. has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Chris began their career in 1998 as a Software Engineering Manager at AT&T Labs, where they were responsible for building re-usable Internet Application middleware components based on Java Technologies, XML, and HTTP. Chris then moved to eCal as a Product Director in 2000, where they established product strategy and roadmap, led product and software architecture efforts, and managed user interface design process for web, CATV set-top box, and wireless interfaces. In 2001, they took on the role of Senior Program Manager at Integrated Messaging Solutions, where they analyzed outsourced IT services and application service provider markets, and made recommendations to the Board of Directors on business strategy and tactical product development projects. In 2004, they became the Director of Identity Management Services at GlaxoSmithKline, where they reduced annual operating budget expenses by $400k in their first year while maintaining service levels. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as Principal Architect at Entology, Inc., where they provided consulting services including project management, discovery, analysis, design, development, and testing. Chris then joined EY as a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity in 2008, where they provided post-acquisition and pre-divestiture cybersecurity assessments and advice to clients. In 2017, they began working at Procter & Gamble as Senior Director of IAM, where they were responsible for service management, delivery, and 24x7 operations of the Global IAM function and supervision of 6 Director-level Managers with a total staff of 250. In 2021, they became Managing Director at Apple Crypto Research LLC. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Global Cyber Alliance as a Product Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions.
Chris A. obtained a MS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University between 1991 and 1993. Chris also obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Physics from North Carolina State University between 1984 and 1989.
