Amber Oquindo currently serves as the Director of Operations, Teacher, and Research Fellow at Global Counter-Terrorism Institute LLC since February 2021. Additionally, Amber works as a Contact Tracer for Riverside County Department of Public Health, assisting individuals exposed to COVID-19 and helping school administrators facilitate safe in-person learning. Amber's previous experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at Rise to Peace from February 2021 to December 2022, and a Security Site Lead at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. in 2019. Amber holds a Master of Science in Homeland Security Management from Long Island University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in International Relations and Affairs at Paris Graduate School. An academic background in Political Science and Government was obtained from Penn State University.
