Clinton Hess has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Clinton currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Walla Walla University since August 2022. Prior to this, Clinton worked at Global Credit Union, where they held various positions. Clinton started as the Manager of Financial Analysis from June 2007 to December 2017, responsible for developing and maintaining financial models for Asset/Liability Management (ALM) and analyzing interest rate risk. Clinton then advanced to become the Vice President of Financial Analysis from January 2018 to August 2021, where they continued their work on ALM programs and also monitored and updated financial model assumptions. Subsequently, Clinton served as the Vice President of Business Intelligence from July 2021 to January 2022, responsible for developing and managing the Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance Program at Global Credit Union. Finally, they held the role of Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence from January 2022, where they continued their work on data strategy and governance, as well as overseeing the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and CRM program.
Clinton Hess earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Finance at Alaska Pacific University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, Hess obtained certification from the Western CUNA Management School in July 2021 and received the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) certification from Toastmasters International in July 2012.
