Hani Malik, known as 'Doctor H,' currently serves as a Clinician Leadership Mentor at Peridot and is an active member of the Health Impact Cluster Working Group for the Global Compassion Coalition, focusing on fostering compassionate healthcare practices worldwide. Since January 2021, Hani has been a Consultant Family Physician at both Royal Bahrain Hospital and Western Medical Centre. Previous roles include Lecturer in Family Medicine and Clinical Skills Coordinator at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and a Family Physician for the Ministry of Health in Bahrain. Hani's extensive training includes a Master's in Leadership & Innovation in Healthcare, a Postgraduate Degree in Health Professions Education, and an undergraduate degree in Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
