Salome van Coller-Peter is an accomplished academic and industry leader, presently serving as an Associate Professor at Stellenbosch Business School since January 2009, where responsibilities include designing and delivering post-graduate learning, chairing the Plagiarism committee, and overseeing the mentorship portfolio in the SBA Entrepreneurship programme. Salome has a rich background in coaching and organizational development, having held various positions such as Senior Lecturer at both the University of Stellenbosch Business School and USB Executive Development Ltd, and CEO of Coaching South Africa, which specializes in business alignment. Additional roles include consultation and research with COMENSA, involvement with the Global Coaches Network, and serving as a Leadership Coach for the Centre for Creative Leadership in Brussels. Salome holds an MPROF in Coaching from Middlesex University and an MCOM in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.
