Shubhra K Ketkar currently serves as Lead-incident management at Prodapt since October 2023 and holds the position of Incident Manager at Global Cloud Xchange from February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Team Lead at Ericsson Global India Ltd from January 2015 to September 2015. Shubhra completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from Mumbai between 2000 and 2004 and obtained SSC & HSC in Science from Deorukh from 1989 to 2000.
