Edmund Lacson has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Cable Landing Station Telecom Engineer at Global Cloud Xchange since June 2001. Responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of DWDM Submarine Line Terminal Equipment and supporting various major clients such as TELSTRA, PCCW, and REACH. Prior to this role, Edmund worked as a Senior Transmission Engineer at Fujitsu Telecoms System Philippines, where duties encompassed testing and commissioning DWDM equipment and providing engineering support for customer tenders. Earlier, experience as a Supervisor at Liberty Telecoms involved designing and planning SDH/PDH Backbone Network Systems and overseeing project implementations. Edmund holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from AMA University and Adamson University.
