Scott Oberkrom currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for both Global Care Force and NursesWhoCare since February 2021, having previously held the same title at COVID Care Forceâ„¢ until February 2022. With extensive leadership experience, Scott was the Executive Director at YMCA of Greater Kansas City from September 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included developing strategic plans and managing a $2 million operating budget. Prior roles also include serving as an Executive Consultant at SAO Solutions and a Human Resources Business Partner at American Century Investments, where Scott managed various departmental initiatives and philanthropic strategies. Scott holds an MBA from The University of Kansas and a BS in Journalism & Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
