Masamune has various experience both in the retail business and strategy consulting firms. He led the corporate strategy division and digital strategy division in the apparel company, Sanyo Shokai, developed and executed the growth strategy which include DX, New business development, M&A, and JV. Also, as a strategy consultant, he led many strategy projects and executed hands-on supports for large corporations and private equity funds.
